Everything you need to know about processing times, delivery speeds, international duties, and tracking for your Eric Emanuel-inspired gear.
Order Processing
- In‑stock orders typically process within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
- During new drops, sales, or holidays, allow an extra 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM local warehouse time may process the next business day.
- Preorders ship within the window stated on each product page.
We work fast. If you need to modify details, contact support right away with your order number.
Packaging & Sustainability
- Protective poly or recyclable mailers and sturdy cartons for larger items.
- Minimized filler while keeping garments crease‑safe.
- Consolidated shipments when possible to reduce packaging and emissions.
United States Shipping Options
- Delivery estimates begin after your order ships (processing time not included).
- Certain rural or remote addresses may require additional transit time.
- Orders $300+ may require a signature upon delivery for security.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO ship via USPS where available; transit may be longer.
International Shipping
Service & ETA
- DHL/UPS/Postal partners: typically 3–7 business days to major hubs.
- Remote regions and customs inspection can extend delivery time.
- Live rates are shown at checkout based on destination and weight.
Duties, Taxes, and VAT
- Unless otherwise stated at checkout, shipments are DDU (duties unpaid).
- Import fees are assessed by your country and collected by the carrier or customs.
- Refusal of delivery due to duties may result in return fees deducted from refunds.
Where we ship
Tracking & Updates
- Tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to populate scans after label creation.
- Use carrier notifications for the most up‑to‑date delivery alerts.
Split Shipments
If an item in your order requires a different warehouse or timeline, we may split the shipment at no additional cost. You’ll receive separate tracking emails for each parcel.
Address Changes & Order Edits
- Submit changes ASAP to [email protected] with your order number.
- We can attempt edits before dispatch; once shipped, changes must be coordinated with the carrier.
- We cannot reroute across countries or alter ZIP/postal codes after mailing begins.
Missed Deliveries & Signatures
- Signature may be required on high‑value orders.
- Missed deliveries can be rescheduled via the carrier’s portal using your tracking number.
- Unclaimed packages returned to us may incur reship or return fees.
Delivery Issues
Delayed or Stalled Tracking
Weather, customs inspections, or volume spikes can cause delays. If your package shows no movement for 7 days (domestic) or 10 days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate.
Lost or Stolen
Report within 7 days of the last scan or stated delivery. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and guide you through replacement or refund options when eligible.
Damaged in Transit
Keep all packaging and photograph the damage. Email support within 48 hours of delivery so we can start a damage claim and a swift resolution.
