We make returns simple while protecting the integrity of every piece we sell.

We want you to love your Eric Emanuel-inspired apparel. If something isn’t right, this page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at EricEmanuelShop.org.

Eligibility checklist

  • Item is in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged
  • All original tags, stickers, bags, and accessories are included
  • Return is initiated within the applicable window (see below)
  • Proof of purchase from EricEmanuelShop.org is provided

Return windows

  • Refund to original payment: request within 14 days of delivery
  • Exchange or store credit: request within 30 days of delivery
  • Defective or incorrect item: report within 7 days of delivery

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional markdowns
  • Worn, washed, altered, or fragranced items
  • Underwear, socks, and face coverings
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items missing tags, bags, or authenticity materials

Exchanges and size swaps

We offer direct size exchanges when stock is available. If the desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit after inspection.

  • Request an exchange within 30 days of delivery
  • Ship your item back in resellable condition
  • We dispatch the replacement once your return is approved

Defects, damage, or wrong item

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid label and options for replacement or a full refund.

  • Include clear photos of the issue and packaging
  • Keep all tags and bags intact
  • Do not wear or wash the item

How to start a return

  1. Gather your order number and photos (if reporting damage/defects).
  2. Email support with your request and reason.
  3. Pack the item securely with all original packaging and tags.
  4. Ship using the label we provide or your chosen trackable carrier.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Once approved, allow 3–7 business days for your bank to post funds
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a return arrives not in original condition, we may refuse or offer partial credit

Return shipping & fees

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping on size/style changes
  • We cover shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • No restocking fee when all materials are included
  • Missing packaging/tags may incur a 10% deduction

International returns

  • Mark parcels as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs on re-entry
  • Customs duties and original shipping are non-refundable
  • Use a tracked service; we’re not responsible for lost returns

Cancellations & refused delivery

  • Requests to cancel are possible before shipment is confirmed
  • Refused deliveries are treated as returns; fees may be deducted
  • Address errors can be corrected prior to dispatch—contact us ASAP

Holiday & limited-release notes

  • During peak seasons, processing may take an extra 2–3 business days
  • Limited drops sell out quickly; exchanges depend on availability
  • We document color/fabric variations across releases; small differences are not defects

How long do returns take?

Most returns are inspected within 2–4 business days after delivery to our facility. Refunds typically post 3–7 business days later.

Can I exchange for a different color or style?

We can exchange for a different size of the same item. For a new color or style, please return for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

Do you provide free return labels?

We provide prepaid labels for defective/incorrect items. For preference-based returns (size/style change), customers cover return shipping.

What if my tags were removed?

Items must have all original tags and packaging. If tags are removed, the return may be refused or subject to a deduction.
